This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices, especially considering the attention to detail and overall quality. The hotel is located on a quiet dead end street, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the staff on the 4th floor were attentive and provided excellent service, making us feel right at home. The breakfast options were delicious, with the added bonus of having milk available.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

Well situated - not in middle of resort which meant it was quiter. Great views of sea. Pool was invaluable. Service from staff was excellent. We had a free upgrade and the rooms were spotless.
The breakfasts could have been better

The pool at the hotel was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and a clean, heated swimming area. It was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun. the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and accommodating, always making sure that our needs were met. They went out of their way to provide excellent service.
One downside of the hotel was the limited availability of sun loungers by the pool. If you wanted to spend the day poolside, you had to be quick to grab a sun lounger or ask the staff for extras.

The breeze and the breakfast location
Too far from beach and shopping. Poor Internet. Dirty balcony chairs.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The three bedroom villa was brilliant, with a fantastic set up and its own private pool. The rooms were lovely, very clean and spacious. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Kata Centre and close to other popular beaches. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, providing us with useful information and assisting us whenever we needed them. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and breakfast area, were great. this hotel offered great value for money and we would definitely stay here again if we were to return to this city.
Couldn't stay longer.

Good location, only 15 minutes walk to Kata or Karong beach. Very close to the nightlife, as bars and restaurants. Very good service from the people, especially from the owner family. I enjoyed staying in this hotel .

Great staff! Very kind, careful and helpful. Very good and large rooms, our room was the cheapest one but had great view from the balcony. Good breakfast, plenty of choices. The hotel has a swimming pool, but we prefer swimming in ocean so didn't try it. Looks clean and large enough though. The location is always a subjective criteria, but for me it was nearly perfect. Both Kata and Karon beaches are close enough (about 15 minutes on foot or about 3-5 minutes on motorbike), shops and restaurants are even closer. Meanwhile, it's very quiet in the hotel, when there's no heavy traffic on the road nearby. Just ask for the motorbikes at the reception and the location won't be a problem for you. Overall, I don't really understand why the hotel was almost empty when we stayed there. Probably because it's very young, started from this spring.
Showers in the rooms don't have a curtain or a door. Wi-Fi is not very good, doesn't reach some rooms at all. When we were checking out, I saw some workers laying internet cable, so this will likely be not a problem soon.

The hotel is located in a quiet area at the end of a dead-end street on a hill, offering a peaceful environment away from the crowds. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, with a special mention to the young guy who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms, especially those on the 4th floor, are spacious and well-equipped, including a bigger bathroom. Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, including milk.
All was great.

Great hotel, super convenient location between two popular areas. All day pool access and free wifi were a bonus. the staff provided excellent service and the owners were always there to assist us. They even went out of their way to find a corkscrew for our wine bottle. a welcoming experience and we plan to return.
Although the hotel looked nice, the quality of the materials used was disappointing. the rooms felt sparse and lacking in coziness.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Phuket. the location was fantastic. Situated on a hill at a dead-end street, it offered a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. The hotel also provided basic amenities like a microwave, teapot, fridge, and safe box in the rooms, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that the rooms were clean and well-maintained. I also enjoyed the breakfast, especially the milk that was served. it was a good value for money stay.
Everything was satisfactory.

We stayed at a cozy hotel nestled on top of a hill, allowing us to enjoy stunning views as we walked down to the main tourist areas. Our room had a modern design and was well-maintained. the bathroom was clean and stocked with essential amenities. the staff provided exceptional service, going out of their way to help us with our requests. We loved starting our day with a delicious breakfast that offered a variety of options. the hotel also had a refreshing pool where we could relax and soak up the sun. Plus, the hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to explore the nearby tourist attractions.
There were limited places to sit or lounge by the pool, as some guests from the pool access rooms occupied most of the space.
